Ravindra Vikram, Chairman
 Mamidipudi Ravindra Vikram has done his graduation in Science and Law. Vikram is a
senior partner of M.Anandam & Co.,Chartered Accountants, Secunderabad and a leading
Financial and management consultant serving as an Advisor, Auditor and Director of many
corporate. Vikram is a Trustee and Secretary of M.V Foundation, a voluntary organization
known nationally and internationally doing pioneering work in literacy and in eradicating
child labour in India. Vikram is also involved with organizations working in cooperative
farming; a discussion group on issues of national importance; supporting schools on
infrastructure and teaching aids.
Siva Kumar Reddy, Secretary
 Tirumuru Siva Kumar Reddy is a graduate in commerce from Sri Venkateswara University,
Tirupathi. Reddy is an agriculturist and a business man involved with Automobile sector.
With deep interest in sanitation management issues in rural areas, Reddy supports
REEDS initiatives in this area and actively involved in coordinating organization activities
with government and other agencies.
Niranjan Reddy, Treasurer
 Tupili Niranjan Reddy is a graduate in commerce from Sri Venkatewsara University and
has pursued Chartered Accountancy course. Niranjan has worked in the agro-chemical
industry in senior management cadre for a longtime and has wide access to rural
agricultural communities. Niranjan supports REEDS community participation endeavors
by conceptualizing and overseeing the implementation of its various programs. Niranjan
advises organization in the areas of financial planning and management.
Ravi K Reddy, Member
 Somavarapu Ravi Kumar Reddy is Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India and practicing chartered accountant with over 20 years of standing. His expertise
revolves around business advisory consultancy primarily focusing on SMME facilitation.
Director in the boards of companies whose operations include overseas manpower
placement and business consultancy; and extensively traveled many countries as a
member of various business delegations and for negotiating several joint ventures and
collaborations. Ravi actively coordinates all the REEDS initiatives. Member of ITU-APT
Foundation of India.
Sampath Kumar, Member
 Karra Sampath Kumar graduated in Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad and did his
Masters in Civil Engineering from Osmania University. Kumar is a specialized and leading
turn-key interior contractor in Middle East and has interests in infrastructure sector in
India. Kumar has a passion towards rural development activities and actively support
REEDS in its outreach activities.
Sudhir Paul, Member
 Gogumalla Sudhir Paul is a postgraduate in Management and has wide experience in
product, design, development and management of safe drinking water treatment. Sudhir
had worked in senior management cadre for over two decades with a leading corporate in
the agro-chemical and agro-infrastructure industry. Sudhir coordinates all the safe
drinking water initiatives of REEDS and makes use of his rich corporate exposure to
incorporate best practices in project implementation and management. He has deep
interest in social mobilization and supports REEDS activities in the area of promoting
community awareness in drinking water management among rural communities.
Suman Paul, Member
 Gogumalla Suman Paul is a graduate in Agricultural Sciences and has been a banker for a
long time. Suman is actively involved with the orphans and elderly care issues for the last
25 years. Suman coordinates the capacity building and social mobilization areas in
implementation of organization initiatives, actively involving the local rural community.
With deep interest in Child Health management issues in rural areas, she oversees
REEDS programs in Health Education. She also conducts family counseling and career
guidance sessions in the rural areas.
